Customer Feedback from Charles Profitt
Q: What was your experience with the install?
A: "FileWay was very easy to implement with AD authentication built-in to the product. FileWay avoids the need for difficult-to-configure VPNs that require the end user to download and install software on their home computers".
Q: How satisfied are you with the support you have received from Everywhere Networks?
A: "Any time I have had an issue with the product, the FileWay technical support team has been extremely responsive in resolving the issue including issues that fall outside of the scope of their product. When I had an issue with the web server certificate and SSL, the FileWay support team connected to the server remotely and assisted with resolving the issue".
